Data analyzed in Phase I includes:
Demographics information and public and private transportation options available for the City residents and commuters.
A summary of traffic volume information for vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians.
A review of parking information.
Review and recommendations for traffic calming.
Identification of roads and bridges owned by the City and prioritization of repair or replacement needs.
A traffic operation assessment.
Development of immediate/short-term improvements to help mitigate existing issues.
